The Owners of Redding Trophy Center are Lisa and Randy Bright
Lisa has over 25 years experience in the awards industry. She started from the ground up,
working assembling trophies at a small store in Southern California in the 80's. Today she
takes care of merchandising, laser engraving, graphics layout as well as the business office
related tasks.
Randy is a retired school teacher who joined in the awards business in the late 90's. He
takes care of in store sales, outside marketing, as well as doing a majority of the plastics
engraving and sublimation.
